The gym is fantastic and well-equipped.

I was really disappointed with several aspects of my stay. The maintenance work being conducted late at night was extremely disruptive, making it impossible to sleep. it felt inappropriate when staff came to our room for tips after we were compensated with a meal. the room's lights were not working, which added to my dissatisfaction.

The rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views of Riyadh, making it a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings.

Sound-proofing between rooms could be improved as I was disturbed by noise from the family next door.

Great Staff and Service!

I had an awesome stay! The staff was super friendly, especially Mr Majed at the front desk who made check-in a breeze. They also had afternoon snacks in the lounge which were tasty. The only bummer was that the gym was a bit cramped with not many weights to choose from. Still, overall a solid place!

Amazing family experience!

We had a fab time! The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. The room was stylish and comfy. The lounge on the 8th floor had breathtaking views of Riyadh. The breakfast was yum, especially the omelettes! Can’t wait to come back!

wow, this place is amazin! we stayed for just 1 night, but the front office staff treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived. majed gave us all upgrades, and our suites were huge, needed a map to get around! breakfast was super good, and they even let us check out late, even tho they were fully booked! really know how to spoil ur guests.

only downside was the heating was kinda weird and the bathroom plug was not good, water overflowed a bit.
